Help

Is Vebuu free?

Yes. Signing up, discovering, liking, matching and messaging are free.

How do matches work?

If someone you like in Discover likes you back, you match. You can see everyone who liked you on the Likes page and match instantly by liking them back.

How are suggestions chosen?

We calculate a compatibility score from distance, shared interests, what you're looking for (relationship, dating, friendship), recent activity and mutual age/gender preferences. Each card shows why it was suggested.

Can I log in with my old account?

Yes. Log in with the email and password of your old Vebuu account. If you don't remember your password, use “Forgot password”.

How do I stay safe?

Never send money to people you don't know or share bank or ID details. Meet for the first time in a public place. Report suspicious profiles with “Report”.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in profile settings or write to us.
